This year’s Winter Program is filled with festive and fun activities for children to enjoy in an all-English environment. From Christmas crafts and cooking to dancing and games, your child will experience a magical holiday season while learning English in a natural, engaging way.
For our elementary students, activities will include science experiments, puzzles, and games to explore the season while creating lasting memories.

Signing up early not only helps you save but also ensures your child’s spot in the program before it fills up. Please note, these discounts are only available for the full-week (5-day) programs, not for individual day enrollments.

- Kinder Class: 3 – 6 years old
- Elementary Class: 1st – 5th Grade (Week 2 only)

- Regular Program: 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- Free Extended Care: 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Paid Morning Extended Care: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (+¥1,300)
- Paid Afternoon Extended Care (Week 1 Only): 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (+¥3,000)

Tuition
Program Tuition:
- Per Week: ¥59,000 per week
- Per Day: ¥14,000 per day
Extended Care:
Optional paid morning extended care. (Week 1 and Week 2)
- 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. (+¥1,300 per day)
Optional paid afternoon extended care. (Week 1 only)
- 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (+¥3,000 per day)
Notes
- Tuition includes lunch
- No extended care past 3:00 p.m. during the Winter Program.
- If late sign-up are accepted after December 2, 2024, there will be a ¥1000 service fee.
Bus Service:
Optional bus service. Bus service request required.
Per Week
- One-Way: ¥4,250 per week
- Round-Trip: ¥6,500 per week
Per Day
- One-Way: ¥850 per day
- Round-Trip: ¥1,300 per day
Rules
- Discount Rules: Early Bird discounts apply only if the invoice is paid by the due date. Late payment will void the discount unless you contact the office in advance.
- Bus Sign-Ups: No late bus sign-ups are accepted after the deadline.
- Food Allergies: Children with food allergies may need to bring their own food or supplement the provided lunch. There will be no change in tuition.
- Program Changes: There is a ¥2,000 fee for class changes. Please call to request a “Change of Status” form. Keep in mind, some changes may not be possible due to availability.
- Bus Schedule Changes: There is a ¥5,000 fee for changes to the bus schedule. The pick-up and drop-off location and time must be consistent throughout the week. Any variations will incur the change fee.
- Invoicing and Payment: We will issue invoices within three days of registration. All fees are due seven days after registration.
Refunds & Cancellations:
- Refunds or make-up days are not available for absences, late arrivals, early departures, or missed bus service.
- To cancel, send and email to announcements@joy-connect.com with your child's name, date of registration, and reason for canceling.
- We will process refunds or credits after approximately two weeks.
Cancellation fees are based on your signup date:
- Within 24 hours: No cancellation fee.
- Within 6 Days: 25% of total tuition and fees
- Between 7 and 14 Days: 50% of total tuition and fees
- 15 Days or Later: 100% of total tuition and fees.
Late Sign-Ups:
If accepted after the final deadline, a ¥1,000 service fee will apply.
